Officine Ambrogio Melesi for the Hospice “Il Nespolo”. Solidarity in support of the project “Un’altra luce, lo stesso orizzonte”

A generous gesture by Officine Ambrogio Melesi, which responded to the appeal launched by the no-profit association Fabio Sassi to support the renovation work of the Il Nespolo hospice in Airuno.

The Fondazione Comunitaria Lecchese has identified four “projects for the Lecco community,” each worth 100,000 euros. Among them, the project “Un’altra luce, lo stesso orizzonte” was selected. That contribution will be granted only once 100,000 euros in donations from citizens and companies have been reached.

Thanks to the commitment of Officine Ambrogio Melesi and all those who took part, the fundraising campaign reached, and slightly exceeded, 50,000 euros, allowing renovation work on the building to begin.
The donation represents an important sign of closeness to the local community and to an organization that, for over twenty years, has been offering palliative cares and has become a point of reference for the entire province of Lecco.

With this contribution the renovation project takes a decisive step forward, demonstrating how corporate responsibility can translate into concrete support
